Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Winnetka, IL seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact throughout the loan life cycle. You will guide clients from application to closing, ensuring accurate disclosure and compliant processing.

You will coach branch teams, meet with customers, promote mortgage products, and collaborate on marketing to drive originations. The role requires 3+ years of mortgage lending and strong FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC knowledge, with NMLS registration expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts and related programs.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
