JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle as the primary contact on home lending matters. You will collaborate with branch teams to promote mortgage products, advise clients, and ensure compliant execution of processes related to NMLS and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor colleagues, coordinate with bankers for cross-sell opportunities, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience across marketing channels and service touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors branch team with training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with team to create outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds reputation as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend solutions based on financial analysis and customer needs.
