Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, guiding them with expert knowledge of home lending products. You will work with the Home Lending team to ensure compliant, customer-focused service.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and promote mortgage loan originations while staying current on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage specialist and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
