Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing efforts to drive loan originations while ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
