Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the home loan journey. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with branch teams and bankers to promote mortgage products and services.

You will provide consultative financial analysis, stay informed on FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and uphold regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication; knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts, cross-sell, relocation programs, and other channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
