Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites qualified candidates to join Chase Home Lending in Winnetka, IL as a Senior Home Lending Advisor. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, while the lending team supports you with product knowledge and regulatory adherence.

As part of a motivated team, you will guide clients toward homeownership, collaborate across branches, and leverage marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations while maintaining excellent customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate
• 3+ years mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell strategies.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to make recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
