JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the primary contact for mortgage customers, guiding them through the loan lifecycle with deep lending knowledge. You will coach branch teams on products, work with bankers to meet clients, and promote mortgage products while following regulatory requirements.

You will develop partnerships with branches to originate loans, maintain client relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to promote an outstanding customer experience and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds expertise and maintains relationships with customers as a mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
