Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting the firms financial offerings.

You will join a motivated team that guides clients to homeownership and collaborates with bankers to deliver a superior customer experience through marketing and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
