Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience.
• Proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Coaches and mentors branch team with training on products and services.
• Collaborates with bankers to meet customers and introduce new clients.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Establishes as internal/external mortgage expert and provides financial guidance.
