Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey and drive strong sales results. You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, while leveraging marketing and cross-sell strategies to promote mortgage products.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, mortgage product expertise, and collaboration with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• FHA/VA sales experience (preferred).
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
