Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle within Chase Home Lending. The role requires regulatory compliance, deep product knowledge, and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will partner with bankers and the marketing team to grow mortgage originations and provide expert guidance tailored to each client’s financial goals and circumstances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and reports within formal structures.
• Builds relationships as the internal/external mortgage expert for customers.
• Provides consultative financial guidance based on analysis, product knowledge, and client needs.
