Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan within Chase Home Lending. You will support and collaborate with the Home Lending team to deliver expert guidance and compliant, customer-focused mortgage solutions.

You will drive mortgage originations, build relationships with customers and branches, and serve as the mortgage expert in the field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
