JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
