Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional customer service from initial contact to loan closing.

You will collaborate with branch teams to promote mortgage originations, build client relationships, and provide consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch teammates by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
