Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their loan life cycle within Chase Home Lending. You will ensure regulatory compliance while marketing mortgage products and supporting clients’ homeownership goals.

You will join a motivated team focused on guiding clients to fulfilling the dream of homeownership and building strong customer relationships with consultative financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Projects with bankers; meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for cross-sell.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Builds strong partnerships with branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Maintains role as mortgage expert and advises customers based on financial analysis and needs.
