Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through every stage of the loan lifecycle and to provide expert guidance on home lending products.

You will collaborate with branch teams, bankers, and marketing partners to deliver a superior customer experience, stay compliant with regulatory requirements, and grow mortgage originations in footprint territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
