Ideal candidates have 3+ years of mortgage lending and solid knowledge of FHA/VA/GNMA/FHLMC guidelines, plus strong communication and local real estate market understanding, to drive a superior customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
