Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan process and be the primary contact throughout the life of the loan. You will apply deep mortgage knowledge to help customers achieve homeownership with compliant practices.

You will collaborate with branch teams, market mortgage products, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting regulatory requirements and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
