Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending in Manassas, VA. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products.

You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while delivering exceptional customer experience and expert guidance on home lending products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and outreach.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds the role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
