Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manassas, VA is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, drive mortgage originations, and build strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with Dodd-Frank and SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and multi-channel outreach.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and maintains relationships with customers.
• Maintains expertise as internal and external mortgage advisor and provides financial recommendations.
