JPMorgan Chase in Virginia hires a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, applying deep mortgage product knowledge while complying with regulatory requirements.

You will train branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive originations, leveraging marketing efforts and a strong local real estate market understanding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
