Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Virginia is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, applying a deep knowledge of home lending products to guide decisions.

In this role you will coach branch teams, partner with bankers, and collaborate on marketing efforts to drive mortgage originations while ensuring compliance with Dodd-Frank and NMLS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds relationships with customers as the internal mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
