Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide customers through the life of their loan, coordinating with the Home Lending team and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role is focused on promoting mortgage products and delivering a superior customer experience across footprint territories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage lending, strong real estate knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for cross-sell.
Collaborates on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations (in footprint territories).
Acts as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
Offers consultative recommendations based on customer financial needs and product knowledge.
