Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as a key point of contact for customers throughout the loan process. This role involves mentoring the branch team, introducing clients to additional products, and collaborating to enhance customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive mortgage lending experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. This position also requires knowledge of real estate guidelines and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers and meets their customers.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds relationships as the internal and external mortgage expert.
