Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle and coordinate with branch teams to promote mortgage solutions. This role focuses on customer-centric service and regulatory compliance.

You will leverage knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, market conditions, and cross-sell opportunities to grow home lending origination while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide financial recommendations based on analysis and needs.
