Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products to guide clients and collaborating with the Home Lending team.

You will mentor branch staff, meet with customers to discuss mortgage options, and promote a superior customer experience through coordinated marketing and cross-sell efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team with product training.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates on marketing to create an outstanding customer experience via multiple channels.
• Develops partnerships to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds relationships as the internal and external mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs.
