Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, applying deep knowledge of home lending products to help clients achieve homeownership.

You will collaborate with branch teams and bankers to promote mortgage originations, provide consultative financial reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across the loan journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds internal/external mortgage expertise and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
