Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Familiar with FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Meet with customers and refer to bankers for cross-sell.
• Collaborates on marketing to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Promotes mortgage origination within assigned territories.
• Builds expertise as internal and external mortgage expert.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis.
