Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending. You will be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying your knowledge of home lending products and regulatory requirements to guide borrowers.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and help promote mortgage loan originations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
