Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle and deliver strong sales results. You will be the chief contact for customers, adhering to regulatory requirements while promoting Chase Home Lending products.

You will collaborate with branch teams and bankers to broaden mortgage originations and provide consultative financial guidance based on client needs and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations by collaborating with retail branches and regional teams.
• Establishes themselves as the mortgage expert and builds relationships through financial analysis and product knowledge.
