Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home financing process.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, while leveraging marketing and cross-sell initiatives to promote Chase Home Lending products. You will join a team dedicated to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, with responsibilities spanning coaching, client meetings, and collaboration with bankers to grow mortgage originations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell strategies.
• Develops strong partnerships with branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
