Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborates with bankers to meet with customers and introduce new clients for additional products.
• Partners to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations across assigned branches and acreage footprints.
• Acts as mortgage expert with customers, offering financial analysis and product recommendations.
