Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team on mortgage products and services.
• Partners with bankers to cross-sell mortgage products to customers.
• Develops mortgage loan originations and builds relationships with branches.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements (NMLS/SARE).
