Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. You will support the team by sharing knowledge on lending products and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on assisting clients in achieving homeownership, collaborating with bankers, and promoting mortgage originations while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
