Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the main contact for clients throughout the loan life cycle. You will guide customers, comply with regulatory requirements, and leverage marketing channels to promote mortgage products.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to helping clients achieve homeownership while meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of the customer's needs.
