Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will leverage deep knowledge of home lending products while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase's financial solutions.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients to homeownership, collaborating with bankers, marketing initiatives, and branch partners to drive mortgage originations and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise, product knowledge, and knowledge of the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
