Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending division seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, expert mortgage guidance, and proactive collaboration with banking teams to grow mortgage originations.

You will leverage product knowledge and financial analysis to advise clients, while supporting a high-energy team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and cross-sell strategies.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers as mortgage expert.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
