JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding customer experience to drive mortgage originations.

The position collaborates with bankers and teams to provide tailored financial guidance, maintain strong client relationships, and promote a broad range of home lending products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
