JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process and act as the primary contact throughout the life of the loan. You will collaborate with a motivated team to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver informed financial guidance.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of housing loan products, strong communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team with training on products/services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers.
• Collaborates with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and maintains partnerships with branches.
• Builds as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative financial recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
