Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration to promote mortgage products.

You will guide clients through the home loan process, leveraging knowledge of products and market conditions to meet financial goals while maintaining strong relationships with customers and bank partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds reputation as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend financial solutions based on client needs.
