Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan process, acting as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes knowledge of home lending products, regulatory compliance, and delivering a high-quality client experience.

The advisor will collaborate with branch teams to grow mortgage originations, provide financial guidance, and ensure adherence to lending guidelines while supporting customers’ homeownership goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers.
• Partners with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations through branch partnerships.
• Builds relationships and acts as a mortgage expert, offering financial recommendations.
