Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and collaboration with bankers to expand mortgage originations, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The candidate will leverage expertise in FHA/VA guidelines and market knowledge to advise clients on suitable products, with training support from the Home Lending team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
