Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process with expert knowledge. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting Chase financial products.

You will also coach team members, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations through a customer-centric approach and cross-sell initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds expertise as the internal and external mortgage expert and provides financial recommendations.
