JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, bringing deep knowledge of home lending products to every interaction.

You will guide clients through the mortgage process, collaborate with bankers and branches, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a broad range of mortgage solutions. This role emphasizes customer experience and cross-functional teamwork within Chase Home Lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate (≤140 chars)
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert maintaining good customer relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
