Job summary

You will advise clients on loan options, analyze financials, and develop referral networks with real estate agents and wealth partners. A 5–8 year mortgage background and active NMLS registration are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of mortgage/lending experience.
• Residential mortgage experience required.
• 1+ year sales/credit/finance experience.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws (RESPA, privacy).
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator with NMLS prior to engaging.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs.
• Collect and analyze income, assets, debts, cash flow and credit.
• Assess loan qualifications and recommend lending solutions.
• Promote Citi's lending and financial services.
• Work with real estate agents and referral sources.
• Coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure timely closings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and refer to Citi wealth teams.
• Build relationships with Realtors and other referral partners.
