Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of residential mortgage experience.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws including RESPA.

• Consult with customers about financial situation and home ownership goals.
• Analyze customer finances and loan qualification.
• Recommend suitable lending solutions.
• Promote Citi services to real estate agents and clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Processors, and Underwriters to close loans.
