JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in the Chase Home Lending division to serve as the primary contact for clients through the life of their loan. You will work with a high-energy team, adhere to regulatory requirements, and promote Chase's mortgage products.

This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences across the branch network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
• FHA/VA sales experience
• Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts and channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
