Jobgether partners with a US-based organization to hire a Modern Workplace Engineering Manager. The role leads a team of engineers and admins across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security, and automation to deliver secure, scalable enterprise workplace services.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape the digital workplace platform for the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Seven+ years of experience with Modern Workplace technologies or related IT disciplines.
• Minimum three years in people management and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across multiple Modern Workplace disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Modern Workplace engineers and admins.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across M365, endpoints, IAM, security, automation.
• Serve as senior escalation point for incidents and architectural decisions.
• Participate in discovery, architecture, deployment, testing, and documentation.
• Review designs, scripts, and configurations for security and maintainability.
• Manage intake, prioritization, resources, and project execution.
• Translate strategy into technical roadmaps and team assignments.
• Establish engineering standards and documentation practices.
• Coordinate delivery across M365, Intune, Windows, macOS, MECM, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, Enterprise Apps, Service Management.
• Partner with leadership on platform strategy, budgeting, vendor mgmt.
• Support ITIL processes and monitor platform health and performance.
• Promote automation and repeatable engineering practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Represent the team in governance and project meetings.
