Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is hiring a Modern Workplace Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and administrators. You will stay hands-on with design, troubleshooting, and delivery across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, identity, automation, and security.

You will translate strategy into technical roadmaps, coach staff, and drive secure, scalable solutions while reporting to the Director of Modern Workplace Engineering. This is a remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive experience in Modern Workplace technologies.
• Three+ years of formal people-management or team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Modern Workplace engineers and admins.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across M365, Intune, Windows, macOS, MECM, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Coordinate design reviews, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Manage work intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for ongoing work.
• Partner with leadership on platform strategy, budgeting, and vendor management.
