Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals, reporting to the MFS Head of Market Development – Americas.

The candidate will build a self-sourced pipeline, lead multi‑million-dollar engagements, and collaborate with product, sales, and delivery teams while representing Ericsson at key industry events.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments and related sectors.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory awareness.
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and close complex deals.

Responsabilités

• Generate net-new business in the USA through proactive outreach and strategic targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop business cases, value narratives, and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders across functions.
